Excitent, animent et assouvient,
La sensibilité commence par le touché.

Caresser ce que notre âme désir.
Détruire ce qui nous fait souffrir.

Prendre, rendre,
Gifler, frapper, jeter,
Effleurer, toucher, caresser,
Le mains peuvent nous surprennent.

I beg the encroaching darkness,
Please don't steal the light,
I thought I'd seen a brighter day,
An ending to my plight

I ask that you don't cover me,
And suffocate my soul,
Don't let your bleakness swallow me,
And turn me from my goal

I see the flame is flickering,
I know that there is hope,
I yearn that you won't stifle it,
And leave me only smoke

I know that there's another side,
I felt its rays upon my skin,
It showed me to a better path,
That soon I could begin

I warn you if you come again,
I'm stronger than before,
I have a new found friend you see,
Who has opened up the door

I know with this added strength,
That I can turn you back,
I can break free from the shadows,
And end my days of black

So know I cannot fear you,
Just see that I have won,
For I will bask for evermore.
In the broad rays of the Sun.
